Receipt of your package
When you receive your package, it is your responsibility to check that the package has not been damaged or opened during transport before signing the delivery note. If this is the case, you must imperatively refuse the delivery to the deliveryman, informing him/her of the damage noted and making a complaint with him/her for anomaly.
Any accepted delivery of a damaged or open package will be deemed free of defects due to the delivery, and we will not be able to take it back.
Return process
We are committed to treating your requests with the utmost care. If, despite this great care, you receive products that you did not order or that you do not want, you have a legal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to return the items in question, in accordance with French law. Only unopened and unused products will be accepted in return. If we send you by mystake the wrong products, we will bear the return shipping costs. On the other hand, if you change your mind, the cost of returning the package is in your charge.
In case of return, you have to inform our customer service which will tell you the procedure to follow:
