We consider that all fragrances are mixed by nature: originally, the ingredients are neither feminine nor masculine and the gendering of fragrance is a very Western phenomenon. In the Middle East for example, some of our male customers wear our perfume label rose, whereas in Europe few men would dare to wear this floral scent. Always remember that perfume is subjective: the most important thing is that you feel comfortable with it: if you like a perfume, it's simply made for you!

Je dirais que ce sont des parfums accessibles aussi bien en terme d'accords que de positionnement. Donc un sentiment de bien être en toute simplicité. Si je ne devais en choisir qu'un pour chaque saison, je dirais : printemps: Label Rose pour sa légèreté et sa luminosité été: Alo pour sa fraîcheur festive automne: Ippi Patchouli Clair pour sa chaleur adoucie et lumineuse, comme un été indien hiver: So pour le réconfort et sa chaleur enveloppante

Ippi Patchouli : J'aime beaucoup ce patchouli sucré, il n'est pas terreux du tout et pas "rentre dedans" comme peuvent l'être certains patchoulis très "rentre - dedans" et étouffant ! la petite note sucrée qui reste sur mon épiderme me plaît beaucoup et elle adoucit très agréablement le patchouli qui reste tout de même présent ! L'odeur en est tenace sur mon épiderme buvard sans être trop présente et c'est très original pour un patchouli ! et la petite odeur de praline en fond est superbe !

Our answers to help you choose

Start by smelling 2 or 3 samples on their scent strips to make an initial selection, then test your favourites on clean, moisturised skin (without rubbing your wrists, for example). Let them breathe: the top notes will fade more or less quickly, the middle notes will unfold after half an hour, and the base notes will leave their mark several hours later. Write down your impressions (keywords, moments when you feel good): this is the best way to identify the perfect perfume for your skin.

Our samples do not come with a spray, but with an applicator tip. They contain approximately 2ml of eau de parfum, giving you enough to wear for several days and allowing you to apply the perfume as you wish. Remember to close the vial tightly after use to preserve the fragrance. We must admit that the applicator tip, chosen for its practicality with the Discovery Set packaging, is less practical than a spray for applying and distributing the fragrance. This can sometimes explain why certain fragrances seem ‘light’, a feeling which may disappear with your bottle as it is equipped with a spray.

Take the time to try our fragrances over several days, spacing out the tests and taking breaks in the open air between each fragrance. If your skin is clean and unscented, you can also breathe in the crook of your elbow to reset your senses before trying a new sample. When applying them to your skin, avoid irritated areas and opt for moisturised skin (neutral cream) to help the fragrance last longer without altering its scent.

If you like layering fragrances, you can try a few combinations. Here are some ideas for duos: ippi patchouli + vanille to round off the patchouli with a sweet, indulgent note; musc + label rose for a clean, skin-to-skin floral scent; kilim + 555 for an ultra-spicy formula; also + goud for a brighter citrus amber scent. First spray the most intense creation, leave it on for a minute, then add the other for a tailor-made scent.
